“I love boxing, and I try to mix it up as much as I can. Boxing makes you kind of tight, so it’s really good to mix that with barre, pilates, or somethings that’ll stretch you out and make you longer,” – Elsa told Marie Claire.
“I just started running. I don’t time it; I don’t put any pressure on myself, I just go the pace I want. I think that’s a really beautiful way to feel yourself and feel your body,” – Elsa said.
She also like weightlifting. “On the runway you’re wearing really heavy wings are really high heels, so you need really strong legs so you don’t fall.” – she says.
When it comes to her health and fitness routine, Elsa loves keeping things interesting and different. She doesn’t like to focus on just one thing. She also likes jogging.
However, when it comes to diets Elsa doesn’t believe in restricting herself. “I am really bad at being on a diet. As soon as I tell myself, ‘You have to eat this or that’. i am going to do the exact opposite, so I didn’t tell myself anything. I just tried to stay away from processed food. I feel like I have been working out so much I can eat what I want. I like to do it that way,” Elsa told ELLE US.
