DEPRESSION IS TREATABLE!
To the person reading this, i just wanna let you know that you are not alone. Anything that is stressing you out, or something that you are worried about, i know that you can beat it. You can make it. Nothing is worth stressing for. Life is too short, enjoy it. Go out as much as you can, try new things, make memories & don’t regret a thing you do. Be yourself, and enjoy the fact that you are blessed to live another day.
As anything in life, even depression is treatable. Here are the best ways to beat depression:
Foods with omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon and tuna, and folic acid such as spinach and avocado could help ease depression. Eating healthy can not only beat depression, it’s also good for your skin, for your hair, for weight loss, for gaining weight and so on. It’s also very delicious, so why not? Also, try to drink water as much as you can. It will make you feel more refreshing.
Walking a few times a week can actually help to beat depression. You could also start going to the gym, it’s good to do something rather than staying home. Make it as a habit, like you can’t go on with your day if you don’t walk or run.
Get enough sleep
Try to go to bed and get up at the same time everyday. Before going to bed, don’t stay on your phone or computer. Don’t take naps. Sleeping during daytime can actually make you feel useless and tired.
