Seafood is a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals. It’s recommended to eat seafood twice a week.
Always try to eat healthy snacks, especially for your kids. Try to bring healthy snacks to your kids instead of sugary treats. Pack healthy lunches, instead of giving them money to buy fast foods.
Try to drink water instead of sugary drinks. Water plays a big role in our body, starting from our health, skin, hair and so on. If you want to add some taste to it, you can always add a slice of lemon, lime or watermelon. Drink water as much as you can, everyday. Hydration is key.
