You can mix them with whatever you like, as long as it’s healthy. Try to add tomatoes, sweet potatoes, broccoli, dark-green vegetables for your meals. And as desserts, always add fruits. We all know that feeling after we eat fast foods, we feel so full, so full that we can’t even walk, but, eating healthy food you feel fresh and good. Everyone should try to eat less fast foods.

You should eat high-quality protein at every meal. Protein makes up pretty much everything that matters in your body. Meat, eggs, nuts, seeds, seafood are considered part of the best protein foods group.

Seafood is a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals. It’s recommended to eat seafood twice a week.

Always try to eat healthy snacks, especially for your kids. Try to bring healthy snacks to your kids instead of sugary treats. Pack healthy lunches, instead of giving them money to buy fast foods.
