How To Get Clear Skin

Do you know that feeling when you see a pimple in your face, and you feel like everything is going down in your life? Well, you don’t have to feel that way, because there are million ways that you can take care of your skin. 

Here are some tips :

First of all, don’t skip your morning wash. No matter if you are late for work, or late for school, there is no such reason as not washing your face in the morning. Also, always wash your face before bed. Especially, if you had make up on.

Step away from your hands – we are constantly touching things that have germs, including our phones. So, it is very important that we try to don’t touch our face with our hands. Especially, if they are not cleaned.

Change your pillowcase – Not changing your pillowcase can cause your skin to break out. It’s a good idea to change them every few days.

Don’t pop it – popping can cause infections, making the sitch worse. You better not touch it.

Wash those brushers – If you are into makeup, you might also use makeup sponges. Makeup sponges can accumulate bacteria, so it is very important to use disposable ones and discard them, and clean them  after each use.

Exercise – is important to staying healthy and keeping your skin clear. You should exercise for about 15 mins a day to keep toxins in your body and maintain clear skin. Also, exercising beats depression.

Hydration – is key to everything. The answer to everything. To clear skin, to lose weight. Drink water as much as you can!

Eat healthy – eating healthy might as well get your skin cleaner. So give it a try.

Get your SPF on – Your skin needs protection everyday, every season, even in winter you need sunscreen. Using SPF will prevent wrinkles and dark spots.

Get some sleep – We all love to watch movies, tv shows, or just to stay up late at night without no reason until 3 am, but that’s not healthy for us or our skin. Not sleeping enough can make your hormones get out of whack and raise your body’s stress levels. You need to get at least eight hours of sleep to look and feel your best. When you don’t sleep well, you don’t feel well. Get that beauty sleep!

Don’t stress – Nothing in life matter that much that you should be stressed about. Stress brings nothing but bad things in your life. Including your skin. So, try to be as calm as you can.

Clear, perfect, glowy skin is pretty much what we’ve been chasing since we hit puberty. So, take care of it.
