How to Get the Perfect Tan

Getting the perfect tan is everyone’s summer goal. Do you wanna look like a glowing goddess?

When you get that perfect tan, everything you wear looks good on you, you feel better. But, every of us, once in our lives, ended up looking like an orange.

So, here are some tricks to help us get the perfect tan ever :

Find the perfect spot

Make sure your body is facing the sun.

Move Around

The last thing you want is to have different colours on you, so make sure you turn around to give all of your body access to the sun’s caresses. When tanning your front have your arms up and when you turn on your stomach keep your arms out as well. This way you expose even those parts that are harder to show off.

Protect your eyes

Instead of using sunglasses, the best thing to do is to wear a hat. Not only protecting your eyes, but also covering your head, because if you stay to much in the sun, when you stand up you might feel dizzy.

Watch the time

Don’t do sun bathing between the hours 10 a.m and 4 p.m. Also, don’t stay for too long in the sun, the last thing you want is to get burned and damage your skin permanently. Red is definitely not your colour and pain is not your game!

Hydrate Your Skin

It is been seen that if your skin is better hydrated then you get better results as far as tanning is concerned.

Eat fruits and other sun-friendly foods

Try to eat tomatoes and other red and orange fruit and veg.

Use protection

Before we tan, sunscreen is always mandatory. Your skin renews itself every ten days so the slower you tan, the longer it will last. Apply the lotion every 2 hours and after getting out of the water.

Shower after

Taking a bath or a shower, is always a good idea after sitting in the sun.

Also, remove any traces of deodorant, makeup or perfume. These products act as a barrier to your faux-tan and can even cause mild irritation, so be sure to remove them before you get a tan.
