When you are awake for longer, you are naturally more likely to nosh. Even with the very best diet and fitness routine, if your sleep is off, you are wrecked. I know we’d rather watch movies till 3 am than getting a good night sleep, but that’s not the right choice for us, for our body, for our health. So, try to get a good sleep.

Take a hike or a walk!

If you are trying to lose weight, try to keep yourself busy. Try to don’t spend the whole day sitting. Go for a run, a walk. Walking is not only good for weight loss, but also good for your body health.

Stay hydrated!

Hydration is key to everything, for your skin, for your health and most important for weight loss. So, drink water as much as you can. A goal of eight to 10 cups per day is ideal for losing weight. Drink water a half hour before a meal.

Upgrade your greens!

Try to eat more veggies. Leafy greens have several properties that make them perfect for a weight loss diet. They are low in calories and carbohydrates, but loaded with fiber.

Eat your food slowly!

Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Eating slow makes you feel more full. Do you know that it takes 20 minutes for our brain to understand that we are full? So that means when we eat slow, we eat less.
