Acne is common during pregnancy, but don’t worry because there are lots of easy ways which they can be treated.

Citrus fruits

Citrus fruits are not only delicious, they are very healthy too. Citrus fruits contain alpha hydroxy acid. Applying the juice of a citrus fruit helps you unclog your pores and eliminate dead skin cells. All you need to do is leave the juice in your face for a few minutes until it dries up and rinse with cool water. Easy, yet so helpful.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is so easy to use; get a small quantity of raw Apple cider vinegar and soak a cotton ball in it then wipe your skin with the cotton ball to absorb all the oil. This method is also great for menstrual acne outbreak.

Baking soda

Baking soda is good for everything, especially for your skin. Make a mixture of one tablespoon baking soda with one table spoon water and apply it on your skin. Let this mixture sit for some time in your face till it dries, and then wash it off your face.

Honey contains antiseptic and antibacterial properties. First of all, wash your face with warm water and then apply reasonable amount of honey on the affected areas. Let the treatment sit on your skin for a minimum of thirty or forty-five minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

Coconut oil is magical. If you use coconut oil during your pregnancy not only you’ll be stretch mark free, but you’ll also have a clear skin. And, what’s better than that? Coconut oil has antibacterial properties. Apply it before going to sleep and you’ll see how it helps you get rid of the acne outbreak.
