Kim, the mother of three, works on her body six days a week. Mostly, focusing on fitness, weight loss and core strength. She rarely strays from her strict diet routine, which has helped her bounce back from two pregnancies.
Another reason why Kim has managed to maintain her figure post-pregnancy, is thanks to her past devotion to the Atkins diet. The Atkins diet is known for almost completely cutting out carbohydrate. After going cold-turkey on carbs, Atkins encourages you to re-introduce them back to your diet in small portions.
“My trainer always says that before and after you train, you should eat simple carbs, like sweet potatoes, and small amounts of fat and protein, like chicken. You should also have veggies with your meals, since you need them to help effectively break down and absorb your protein, fat and carbs”. – Says Kim
Kim Kardashian works out six days a week, with no excuses. She says that she wakes up at around 5:30am to exercise, and according to E!, Kim pulls out all the stops during her 90-minute gym workouts.
“I work out about an hour-and-a-half every single day, heavy weight, I don’t do a lot of cardio. I’ve been working out really hard-core with a bodybuilder for one year.” – Says Kim
