If you don’t know where to spend your summer, well you know now.
Koh Samui, is everyone’s dream place. It’s literally heaven on earth. This place got it all, beautiful beaches, crazy nightlife, breathtaking sunsets, delicious food and so on…
Koh Samui, Thailand’s second largest island, lies in the Gulf of Thailand off the east coast of the Kra Isthmus. It’s known for its palm-fringed beaches, coconut groves and dense, mountainous rainforest, plus luxury resorts and posh spas.
Koh Samui’s beaches are almost too perfect, that the images look like they have been drawn by an artist. It’s too good to be true, but it’s true. It has the softest, whitest sand, and the waters are crystal clear and inviting, so clear you can look at your toes.
Just by looking at this pic, I feel more relaxed. Well, imagine seeing this view in real life. Don’t forget your camera.
Eating tasty, delicious food, it’s fine, but eating tasty food while having the best view, only in Koh Samui.
Also, there are beautiful restaurants. Very romantic.
Koh Samui’s nightlife is among the best in Thailand and the most happening nightlife scene is along Soi Green Mango and Soi Reggae.
This is definitely one of Koh Samui’s winning points. Just a ferry ride away from Koh Samui is Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, an extraordinary dive destination. If time is not a factor, combine your stay in Koh Samui with a few nights in Koh Phangan and Koh Tao because each island has their own unique offerings.
There is something quite mesmeric about the cacophony of colours and noises that await at the Fisherman’s Village Walking Street. From street food to hand carved soap, clothing to memorabilia there is something for everyone.
Koh Samui has a rich history. The most famous one is the 12 metre tall, impressive golden Buddha.
Best place to relax
If you are not into partying or into the nightlife, that’s fine, because there are million other things you can do and enjoy. On this glorious island, you will find a myriad of yoga retreats and detox centres as well as some amazing day spas. There’s nothing wrong with having a little “me time”.
Enjoy your summer!
