New York City is beautiful in every season, but during winter it’s just magical. New York City is never boring. There is a lot see and do. If I ever moved to this city, I would be afraid to blink, so I don’t miss a thing. Walking around the New York City streets during winter, it’s just beautiful. It basically feels like you’re on the set of some Christmas movie such as Home Alone. If you’re thinking about visiting New York City during winter, here are some reasons to make it easy for you:
What is winter without ice skating? Starting from Rockefeller Center, Wollman Rink Central Park, Winter Village in Bryant Park, City Ice Pavilion in Long Island City, to The Rink at Brookfield Place, there are a lot of fun and amazing places where you can enjoy ice skating. If you are not a skater, then being a spectator can be just as fun.
Is it worth it to travel to a city just because of its Christmas decorations & lights? Hell yes! New York City is the most beautiful during the Christmas time. All the lights, the decorations, the Christmas trees, it’s beautiful. You won’t even feel the cold of the winter, surrounded by those lights you will totally feel warm and welcoming in the city that never sleeps.

Welcoming the new year in New York City is a magical experience. You’ll get the chance to meet new people and maybe kiss someone at midnight too? I mean, why not?
